Retro World Series Hosting Crash Team Racing and Pokémon Stadium 2 Tournaments This Saturday
The Retro World Series Summer League Online continues! This Saturday (August 22, 2020), they’ll be hosting online tournaments for Crash Team Racing and Pokémon Stadium 2.
Crash Team Racing was a classic kart racer for the Sony PlayStation, which recently got a jam-packed remake. It is the original PSOne version, however, that will be featured in the Retro World Series tournament, not the remastered version. And who could forget Pokémon Stadium 2, the 2000 (Japan)/2001 (North America and Europe) Pokémon strategy game for the N64?
Crash Team Racing is scheduled for 2pm Central, while Pokémon Stadium 2 is set for 6pm. Sign-ups are open to players of all skill levels, though you must be 18 years old or older to compete. The registration fee is $10, and you can sign up at the Retro World Series website.
